The culture at ApplyBoard was super good when we had Pradeep as our manager. He was the only manager who took personal interest in your professional growth and provided all the ways to help you. His Wednesdays meeting was a hit where he had stories to tell about management and how to take your life forward. And this was the best part of working at ApplyBoard.

Dislikes

Management has changed. People have been fired for no good reason. Instead of giving people chances and helping them learn and grow as Pradeep did, they find reasons to fire people. If you have not maintained a good relationship with the senior management and cannot talk big things which ultimately you'll deliver, you'll have a hard time here.

Applyboard is an ethical company they give you salaries on time . Whatever cost you’ve incurred while travelling is given back on time good amount of holidays only if your manager allows you to take them then it is great
