I regret joining this company. The IT department is unprofessional, mangers lack IT knowledge, and colleagues engage in gossip and blame-shifting. The team leader is ineffective, and HR prioritizes fun over employee concerns. Recent firings were concerning. The company looks bleak without changes. My Experience at this company has been deeply disappointing. The IT department, including managers at both the India & HQ locations, exhibits unprofessional behavior, fostering a toxic environment of office politics and conspiracy. The Managers lack a fundamental understanding of the IT domain, which reflects in their decision-making and leadership. Moreover, most of my colleagues, with the exception of a few individuals, lack the necessary IT and technical knowledge. Instead of focusing on work, they engage in gossip, seek ways to humiliate others, and constantly complain. They present themselves as experts in IT but fail to demonstrate basic knowledge or work ethics. The Team Leaders behavior is particularly concerning. He rarely stays at his desk, preferring to gossip with employees from different departments. Like many others in the organization, he lacks understanding of IT and seems to conspire with managers from HQ and India, Often targeting other employees. HR Dept. is unfortunately , adds to the organizational dysfunction. Their main focus seems to be organizing office fun activities, with little regard for addressing serious HR related queries or concerns. The recent manner in which they handled employee terminations was not only disturbing but also appeared to border on harassment. I'm deeply concerned about the company's future of there issues persist. The hardworking individuals who could have made a positive impact on the organization have either been let go or have chosen to leave. What remains are individuals who lack ambition, vision, and drive to promote growth, not just for the company but also for its employees. I hope that CEO, individuals with strategic insights, or investors take note of these issues and bring about much needed changes. The owner of the company appears to be smart, dedicated, and well-intentioned. However, without addressing these deep-rooted issues, the company is at risk of further decline....Read More
