I am from CSS-GUI team, having one of the worst manager - Baljeet Singh, doesn't know how to manage the team, not open to any feedback and is nano manager. He will not attend any meeting nor he will be available during office hours but if he pings anyone then he expects them to be available. He alongwith some other managers are letting this company down.

Complex legacy products are there. Learning is not much as they have in house framework which is not used anywhere outside. Rating and appraisal policies are not good. They want you to excel in this domain/framework in a year or 6 months else you are out of the game. Work culture depends on project but overall not good. Don’t want to adapt new things and suggestions. Micromanagement is there as they monitor minute details of each n every task .
