Management is poor , worklife balance is non existent, job security is a myth . Unrealistic expectations from employee and copilot . Recently they have started upskilling employees on copilot and we spend most of the time in meetings and is expected to work on multiple projects with tight deadlines .. Poor coding standards followed. No wow features , just slap some grid in every sites . No permanent seat , disrespectful management . Pantry is big and nice but broken coffee maker , even water dispenser is busted , it is like living in a hijacked workplace ....Read More

Complex legacy products are there. Learning is not much as they have in house framework which is not used anywhere outside. Rating and appraisal policies are not good. They want you to excel in this domain/framework in a year or 6 months else you are out of the game. Work culture depends on project but overall not good. Don’t want to adapt new things and suggestions. Micromanagement is there as they monitor minute details of each n every task .
