Arrogant and immature mangers with lack of integrity. After several complaints also no actions is taken against these managers. (Patterning Group) Seniors are harassed with Job security, Blackmailing with job consequence More than your technical skills, you Bucket skills are appreciated lot. Very cheap level politics by these mangers along with their followers.

Complex legacy products are there. Learning is not much as they have in house framework which is not used anywhere outside. Rating and appraisal policies are not good. They want you to excel in this domain/framework in a year or 6 months else you are out of the game. Work culture depends on project but overall not good.
