After spending here, a decent amount of time, I would say that this organization has a very productive work culture. People working here are dedicated to their career vision and I feel the management is the core reason behind it. They always motivate and directs all in the right direction. Management playing such a part not just encourage individual growth but also aids in the team growth as well.

Being designated here as an associate software engineer, I work on developing and using software for different purposes. Supposedly, it’s challenging every time, but my seniors have always backed me to move ahead with their timely assistance. I’m happy that I’m working here among some good intellects and experienced people, where I get a lot to learn from their experiences.

When COVID arrived, we were all shocked by its impact…it just got everyone badly. Global economy was affected to a huge extent. People were losing their jobs, and that’s what concerned us all as well. Thankfully, company backed us through those days and helped us through it… we were allowed to work remotely from our homes. Employee engagement activities are organized here…I feel it is a really thoughtful and effective initiative taken by the management to develop good bond among all, and also adding a relief for the employees from the routine work schedule. And, I really loved to see that everyone participates fully supporting the program initiative.
