Good work environment. Company Suits only for freshers not for 2 or more years experience people's.

Very bad appraisal.Appraisal will happen based on management politics.Login time is 8.30 am and Salary detections for late logins.Carrier growth is worst.Salary will be credited only after 4th or 5th of every month.Client deployment will be there, if employees failed to clear interview,they will be fired from current position.very worst in carrier growth.

I worked as QA ENGINEER. Automation tools where not encouraged.Even bug tracking will be tracked only using excel sheets.No support or proper trainings for automation.Characteristics of HR is the ability to get organized,but that is not happening here.
