Indeed, to some extent WFH policy has impacted both positively and negatively to our lives. But honestly, I would say there are more of pros than cons of working remotely. For me, its definitely a pro thing… I was able to work on procuring some add on skillsets more prolifically…that couldn’t have been possible without WFH policy…thanks for this opportunity…

Company’s work culture is really good. I joined here as a Software Engineer and I have seen many good integrations in to the work processes that promotes gaining good knowledge and skillsets. It’s a place where you can have a real sort of work experience

The company has stayed reliable during these pandemic times. It took care of us by enabling us the flexibility to work from home. WFH was a bit challenging for each one of us, but I thank the management that helped us with their proper resources and guidance that enabled us to carry our routine task smoothly. I can say, even if the work mode was changed, work productivity was not affected.

Sometimes, working hours could differ considering the project emergence and deadline.

As a Senior Software engineer, I get to associate with not just local but global customers/clients. The requirements of both are different and it is challenging to meet up to them. But this gives me a kick and I strive to live up to it. Expecting more of such challenges and responsibilities in the coming times
