No Salary. Its performance based incentives that is paid No work life balance. Office timings are from 8AM TO 8PM (upto 10.30 PM on weekends) Unethical business. Donation money is used to pay incentives to the executives and heads and to the CEO's Indifferent behavior. You will be taken care only if you perform No national or government holidays. Reach office 7.50 AM. Practice f2face pitch, plan yr day, set goals 4 daily sale for an hour. Leave by 9.30, travel to residential area within 45 mins. Visit all the houses one by one and collect donations till 6pm. Back to office and training till 8pm

Worst company and terrible work culture. Even if you think of surviving in such pathetic workplace with much more worse colleagues they'll pull you down anyways and never ever lift you up nor provide you any opportunities to grow within. Also they'll keep trying to kick you out of the organization in order to create their own place a safer one.

Worst company to work. They make you learn by heart the dialogue that you need to put forth in front of the donors. And the owner will only mislead you saying there is 2 -4-2 hours work which is nothing but morning hours learning the dialogue by heart then next 6 hours roaming door to door or shop to shop and the leaders and owners will only sit and force you to make money and fill their pockets, also if the owner comes to know that you will be leaving the organization he/she'll cease all the money that the company owe you and instead of paying that amount to you they will snatch and also will not pay you anything from it....Read More

Appco Group is good for freshers to learn and explore the corporate world. You can see a drastic change in your personality and become very confident. The work culture is good which includes frequent outings and the crowd is also enthusiastic and lovely.

Their is no fixed salary, totally based on your performance. No job security, you can be out anytime. No fixed working hours, it varies from 10-14 hrs. No allowances and benefits. Door to door everyday field work.
