I got to communicate with people... you can increase your communication skills, dominating and manipulating skills... Salary is completely based upon your efforts on the field...

No job security... You can get fired any time... fake motivation and fake enthusiasm... first thing they do is, they try to brainwash you (whatever you've heard/read bad about appco)...Complete field work... Working here means you're either earning in millions(1% possibility) or completely ruining your career... No travelling allowance... You might earn 5000 in a day or you'll get ₹0(mostly) even after putting your entire day on the field (depends on your attitude, talent and luck)... You have to go on field on holidays... Monday off... You have to work alone for entire day... Working hours are almost 7AM to 9PM (13-14hrs)... If you want to work for few months, there is no worse choice than this job... This job is for those who want to stick here for long time and keep your attitude positive at the same time... If you stick, if you click... But if you leave even after working for 2 years, your experience is as worthy as a fresher... You've to invest a lot in yourself and it takes a lot of time to recover that amount... Forget about savings for first few months... Whatever you earn today, you'll get the salary for that after 2 weeks ( people force themselves to continue the job because of this system. Even if they want to quit) so I lost the salary of 2 weeks after leaving the job...Read More
