No job training is given. There is a bond of 2 years and you will be asked to give 1 lakh cheque beforehand. No work ethics. No HR policies. Taking leave is a nightmare. No medical facilities. Nothing to learn. No job security. Lot of politics goes on in the office.

It’s a pathetic organisation. They hold you with a bond and make money illegally if you don’t want to stay for 2 yrs. the owner is crazy. The old people follow blindly what he say. Please don’t join this stupid place.

Good place for you to learn bout various aspects of clinical research. Being a mid sized firm you will get exposure to all realms of a trial which is an added advantage for your career growth

Company is not very flexible regards to work timings and dress code, but we have to accept the fact that every firm has its own work policies.
