The development and the knowledge was well imparted in me during my tenure in the company. Also I was never threatened about my my position in the company

Dislikes

They are as follows: 1. Work life balance is not there totally but that also depends on your manager. 2. Lot of politics happen at mid and top level which will make you feel gutted 3. Managers are uneducated and have no skill sets to improve and train their subordinates. 4. If you are working at the ground level, I lot of micromanagement is done by the company which ruins employees motivation to work and creates trust issues 5. If you are at the bottom line of the hierarchy the policies and ground rules are not maintained and you will have to face serious trouble if you vouge for it. 6. No set of policies are followed at ground level. It is just for the sake of writing in the books. Even middle level management supports such a violation of policies at lower level. 7. Company is not employee / people centric and you will be asked to compromise on your personal life because you might lose your appraisal % if you go against it. 8. You will get single digit appraisals and company can even play with it stating reasons like covid, performance, increase in raw material prices etc etc. Growth is very slow here at Apollo tyres 9. Growth from one level to another level also take a lot of time (5-6 years) when compared to other MNC's 10. HR is not a strong arm at Apollo tyres, they are just a puppet who addresses everything what middle and senior management says or dictates. 11. Employee's health and safety is also compromised for business generation and no local level government policies are also not followed under covid. 12. Work Details

Screwed completely. I start at 9:30am and my work day ends at 8:30pm. As I was single I was able to manage but this a lot where we sit at office to only please our manager and make his excel sheets and ppts which he was supposed to
