Good HR policies, Transparency, work life balance, strong and active HR team

Dislikes

Very slow growth, biased ratings, low pay scale, life is not good especially for the service team, no recognition for the service team. Good for sales team but again very slow growth and low pay scale.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
