I'm very proud to be a part of Apollo pharmacy, I really get a great growth in this two years. I got full respect to my work. I would really like to do work at Apollo for my great and bright future.

Dislikes

I'm very sad to say that my manager and executive don't see our hard-work,and if there will be any mistake from our employees or by me,then they will point out that mistakes everytime. That's why I can't handle every situation in my pharmacy. Also I don't have sufficient manpower at my pharmacy, thats why our work pressure is increasing. Our manager and executive don't see actual situation in pharmacy, they just want to complete their work told to us within certain time periods which is very less. They send us manpower,but they are fresher. Hence we have to tell them each and every work step by step. In this training time,another work will pending and that is not acceptable to our manager and executive. Due to insufficient staff,there is a huge shortfall in pharmacy,and after doing genuine and sincere duty,we have to pay that shortfall from salary. Due to this reason new joiners are not interested to do job. Even my family also suggests me to resign this job. But I'm not interested in another job. Good work environment and culture. Teammates are very supportive and the management is transparent. Appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year. Management is great. Given salary by this company alwyz on time. Company policies simple and secure also company is very good for carrier.
