If you want to gain knowledge then you are at the right place.. starting salary is better than any other companies even for freshers...Good environment to work...and yes this is a retail sector so you have achieve all your targets provided by organization or your seniors... basically you have to do sale.

Only positive thing about the company is you will get to face real time different experiences with different marketing skills.

A big NO for the company because of the reason that there are no toilets and washrooms in the pharmacies. Company only looks for the customer satisfaction and customer service, even if the customer is wrong or abusing or misbehaving, company will judge the current staff only. Company never works in favour of the staff There is no Over-time payments and hence seniors can ask a staff to work more than 12 hours or without a weekly off.. continuously for 3-4 weeks as per their own needs, irrespective of the staff's health, transportation charges, and personal needs. This is a HUGE gender biased company. They might show you that the owner is female and few seniors are female BUT the deep inside it's all FAKE. There are no safety and security for females. They do have cameras in pharmacies but in case a female complaints about someone's misbehaving nature in the staff, that particular female is transferred to other branch and no actions are taken against that male staff... I REPEAT NO ACTIONS ARE TAKEN AGAINST MALE STAFFS EASILY. Females have to use public toilets, which might or might not be at the nearest to the branch. Almost 90% of the female staffs have started holding their pe*e for almost 10-11 hours as the shift is of 9 hours and there biomatric machines doesn't work in one-go so staff have to wait for 15-20 mins to mark their attendance. Company clearly says, that they are not responsible for any mis-happening outside the branch, but what about the females who are using public washrooms at a distance of 1Km from the branch? Females have to use same pads (sanitary pads) during their periods during the whole shift, as they don't have their own washrooms, and public washrooms are so unhygienic and dirty that one doesn't want to use it. Getting UTIs is very normal and basic thing in Apollo Pharmacy Pvt Ltd, Delhi for females. Talking about the male staff's, there is no respect for the male staffs.
