Their structural model is the worst for gujrat. They dont give any kind of discount where the customer complaint us for that still they dont do anything regarding it . Plus they want to do the work of trle caller ,pharmacist ,pharmacist assistant , delivery boy and many more in a single salary plus they dont have a proper managementsystem regarding leave. We have to work every single day and get one week off but we have to come on that to if they want it without getting paid for that day and this suckss . Nothing is likable here. Even after leaving I hear from my old co workers who had been working for 3 years that there is not much salary increment . And every other employee except for pharmacist are treated badly.

Dislikes

Everything is bad and no respect to the employee. Hr blocked everyone's numbers as soon as anyone asks about quitting. A good company should guide their employees to the end.

They treat pharmacist like slave and we are just there for delivery of medicine, cleaning the pharmacy , mopping and racks cleaning. Even a janitor has good work satisfaction than a pharmacist in apollo pharmacy. Even you will have only one leave in a week which is also decided by your supervisor. 1. Extra working hours 2. No compensation 3. Sales pressure 4. No flexibility 5. You don’t get even the leaves you have Job location is selected far from home city on purpose and you can’t even get a transfer to your home city . 6. The management is shit. 7. No one cares about your health and sometimes you have to do double shifts continuously as long as 18-19 hrs 8. You don’t get consistent week off or even you won’t get it sometimes. 9. Some persons are not like pharmacist they treat us as we are their enemy... Some colony more-helabottola brunch some persons are very bad.. A pharmacist need to be a sweeper and cleaner due to staff shortage... But it's okay.... thanks

Knowledge skill is zero. Promotion is zero. Career growth is zero. Learning is zero. All non tecnical staff present in every apollo branch. They doesn't have basic knowledge of medicine. (Life saving drugs, emergency drugs, oncology drugs, gynaecology drugs, orthopedic drugs, neurology drugs etc.......) They doesn't know about the role and duties about the pharmacist. There roles are only to sale-sale only apollo stupid products. Those pharmacist are working in this organization are totally uneducated in entire india.
