Good work environment and culture. Teammates are very supportive and the management is transparent. Appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year. Management is great. Given salary by this company alwyz on time. Company policies simple and secure also company is very good for carrier.

Dislikes

All are good in this company nothing bad.

Work Details

The job is quite interesting. I learnt everyting on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
