Best coustmer service. Stock availability. Home delivery. Good Bonding between staff. Salary on time and never be late.

Salary very low can't be expected a pharmacist salary 😕. Average freshers pharmacist salary approx 12k in hand how can you servive. A student studied four years to complete pharmacy degree and expense about 5-6 Lakh. Althought how can be live in far away from home. Apollo don't think about staff and their life. Only work KRA how can achieve. Many more staff go to home visit and distribute pamplet in sunny session. Home delivery any how eg- rain. But atleast pls think about staff and a professional degree pharmacist. In bihar expensive city such as patna, muzaffarpur, samastipur, Begusarai etc. Logging and fooding 5k expense when staff cooked ownself, Other than eat in hotel 5k arround only food. Travel charges 5km charges is 60 rs per day. How can be servive 15k salary a pharmacist....Read More
