I was my mistake i made to join this company. There is no support from manager no discipline, no manners. Manager don't have professionalism to behave. They take personally any problem. Manager play mob game in office instead of helping jr for solving problems. Manager go out for their personal work an updates that they are on site its all fraud going.

IT management give priority only to their family members and while hiring they provide big package to only their family members and while appraisal also they only recognise their family members with super hike. The IT management will not recognise self-made employee work and they will not provide proper hike also.

Nothing is likable here. Even after leaving I hear from my old co workers who had been working for 3 years that there is not much salary increment . And every other employee except for pharmacist are treated badly.

Everything is bad and no respect to the employee. Hr blocked everyone's numbers as soon as anyone asks about quitting. A good company should guide their employees to the end.
