1. Extra working hours 2. No compensation 3. Sales pressure 4. No flexibility 5. You don’t get even the leaves you have Job location is selected far from home city on purpose and you can’t even get a transfer to your home city . 6. The management is shit. 7. Some persons are not like pharmacist they treat us as we are their enemy... Some colony more-helabottola brunch some persons are very bad.. A pharmacist need to be a sweeper and cleaner due to staff shortage... But it's okay.... thanks

Knowledge skill is zero. Promotion is zero. Career growth is zero. Learning is zero. All non tecnical staff present in every apollo branch. They doesn't have basic knowledge of medicine. (Life saving drugs, emergency drugs, oncology drugs, gynaecology drugs, orthopedic drugs, neurology drugs etc.......) They doesn't know about the role and duties about the pharmacist. There roles are only to sale-sale only apollo stupid products. Those pharmacist are working in this organization are totally uneducated in entire india. Only thing i liked about apollo pharmacy was, salary was on time... no delays in salary.

There are many things which I personally dislike with apollo, Every month sale pressure was increasing, whatever extra curricular activities, we have to perform extra duty hours like if a manager, dgm or anyone is visiting the store prior to that for more than 2 to 3 days we have to perform extra duty hours like our duty was 9 hoursbut we had to work 12 hours and even some days we have worked 13 hours also, there are still many things...but i don't want to share those...let it be...Read More

Apollo pharmacy does not accept the Expiry return of Generic items . If we have Stock with expired or near expiry date , Staff are Required to Clear it by billing the items at their own expense. That’s the only big Negative in Apollo Pharmacy

Everything. I don't recommend apollo pharmacy for pharmacist as career. Worst work culture in Chandigarh apollo pharmacy. Incharge is very rude. Staff is very rude and mannerless. Cheap class. They don't even give 10% discount to customer on medicine. Their apollo brands are of cheap quality.

Apollo Pharmacy have one of the best working structure of store anyone can learn everything within 2 day and start giving medicine to the customer.

As a pharmacist, you don't get any respect so don't think of that. In pharamcy, all member are better than you. You have to go home delivery if their is no delivery boy. so if b.pharm pharmacist or d.pharmacist no matter what you are ... kind that in mind ... They only want to sale on apollo products.

As a jr. Pharmacist you don't get any respect so don't think of that .. you are pharmacist at your home not here..... Here everyone one knows better than you. You have to do Home delivery... Either you are B.pharm pharmacist or D.pharm .. no matter what you are .. keep that in mind . you will regret your decision after some timeand questioning yourself why you have done pharmacy...just to be a delivery boy. Forgot about the incriment . If you are bachelor and not a settle person with wife and children... Take the risk.... learn from here and switch or else you'll get stuck with only 12k salary..and you are at your 30s you will only earn 20-25 k per month where others and your friends earn more than you...
