Everything. This is the worst organization to work for. The company has never given salaries on time. the bonus's were delayed for 6 months. at any given point there is a 2 month salary gap. the HR is only namesake. All of them inexperienced. There are no SOP's or company policies in p lace. they keep changing for person to person. My fnf settlement has been due its been over and above 45 days i left the organization. there has been no communication from HR. I was told that the company has fund issues. they havent even paid electricity bills on time. the guys were almost about to cut their power supply for non payment of dues. they havent even bothered to provide my experience letters....Read More

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
