APMAS is a friendly environment to work there is a good culture,. Team management is very supportive, understanding and encouraging. There is a huge cafeteria during the trainings. It is a good platform to develop the technical skills and communication skills.

Some time's Late night meetings with farmers is very difficult.

My job is more interesting which is more helpful to Farmer's, and I learnt lot thing's on the job. I am bit scared person to speak in a trainings and meetings but after joining in a APMAS I'm freely communicating with Farmer's in trainings and meetings.

The team wise, APMAS is good in terms of free hand to work, learn and participate in various development programme. It has very good infrastructure at head office based out at Hyderabad. So far the field exposure for the fresher is concern, it is best in the field of community organisation, capacity building and livelihood.

Dislikes

Generally APMAS hires average qualified staff and put them on rigorous field so staff has very strong capability in field work but development of managerial capacity of staff has less priority as major decisions are taken by the top leader.The working environment is good but compensation and travel facilities is average.
