Nothing I liked in this company very bad overall experience with almost zero (no job security *****)when infostretch merge apexon.

This company is itself a trap like without any notification or warning here HR directly fires you with very poor reasons seriously shame on HR and management , spoiling the careers only just playing with career Some facts about this company: 1. *****No (nil) JOB security so thinks before you join this company. 2.*****No projects available so there will be no allocation if you are on bench. 3. **If u r on bench any day will be your last day without any warning , here senior HR lady calls you to told you that today is your Last working day. 4.*Reporting managers and your manager on bench is very rude and have very bad attitude and do not contact you once for meeting, only contact you for showing rude behaviour to fire you and scolding you , to you so be prepared for that. 5.*No hikes 6.**Management is very poor no one responds to you and after forcefully resignation no one respond even. 7<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">.Even after employee is confirmed no Job security like with in a month about 15-20 fired for the reason having no projects and long bench time ,</mark> 8. Bad learning experience no one cares and guide you properly when you are on project, no upskilling , seriously poor management and told you to directly learn from YouTube or some site . There is nothing that can anyone like. No work life balance. No job security. No career growth. Policies are too poor. Work environment is very poor. In training, you only can be yours mentor, your guide. There will be no one and nothing like training session although they call it a training....Read More

Everything. The main reason is they hire and fire on their own choices they even do not have any concerns about employee's career and their security. They asked too many employees to resign even the employees of having 3-4 months of experience only. There were one female employee, she was having only 4 months of experience at all and she even did not work in any project in Infostretch, still they asked her to resign. They have no projects in pipeline. Company is going downside. Currently also they are targeting all the fresher candidates and also not sparing the experienced ones. I have never seen a company in which they fire freshers.This indicates that how pathetic condition of this company is. In arguments, they have only one thing to say"WE HAVE WON BEST PLACE TO WORK AWARD". In reality, it is the "WORST PLACE TO WORK"...Read More
