Negligible Bonus and Increments No Appreciation for performances and still expect alot from you Many Managers hired are from outside of corporates so they run their team like a Kirana stores.. No work life balance. Management promotes log sitting. Month ends employees are working 13 hours in a day. No extar pay for overtime, extra sitting even in month ends which is more unethical. No appreciation for hard work from management.

I love the work culture at Apex. People here treat everyone equally and fairly. You get a lot to learn from people around you and the management will not limit you to anything specific. The top leaders encourage people to learn and skill up.

Dislikes

There are 2 things to be honest which I personally dislike. The Local HR policies. They can create constraints sometimes and they care little about employee satisfaction. The Bonus and appraisals can be a lot better as there is a pay disparity amongst peers which is disappointing.
