The work-life balance is completely lacking, with inadequate training provided for new employees and no clear standard operating procedures in place. The pressure has been relentless from day one, and weekend work has become an unacceptable new trend.

# Politics at top hierarchy # No job security # No Work Life balance # Horrible Culture #No increment and promotion The higher ups just pus themselves for every promotion, no recognition to entry level or senior level employees hard work. Horrible work culture no place for decent Work Ethics. The increment is like throwing pennies at beggar 1.8% - 3% They say they follow hybrid mode yet they expect you to work on weekends as well saying it’s normal considering you’re doing WFH. No technological advancement no spending on infrastructure just old school outdated systems running the report. Instead of adapting to the industry trusted software and platforms for running the files they still still use excel to this day resulting in lots of manual error. No prior announcements before layoffs will ask you to pack your bags and get out. They expect you to work for other teams as well even if it’s not the work for which you’re hired. No Overtime compensation just more work if you do good. No proper training or support expects you to learn by doing it by yourself. The higher management is rotten to the core....Read More

The company has two location in pune so employee can perfer the location Previous team manager and team was good.

The company is going toxic culture Latest team restructure has break the team bonding No good appraisal nor bonus Promotion are given on skill and capibilities rather on team wise basis Too much tranport has been cut from salary Meal amount is also cut from salary Initial CTC are showed good but too much dedection

No cafeteria, have to bring food from outside. space for having meals is too small. Micromanagement is at peak, every track they keep. For sick leaves, have to call manager and inform, texting message did not work. Had to inform manager even if 15 minutes late.

New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety
