I had to change my department. And i got support to do that.

Job security - Good

Dislikes

I can say i had an average experience. The organisation must hire people with utmost honestly and basis their grade/level. Work life balance and Salary levels can improved. I was told many times to work beyond my contractual hours and on holidays. Even induction to new joiners could be better. I had no induction at all.

My professional experience was average. I feel my skill set was not 100% utilised. It could have been better with better and open communication and healthy intellectual and process oriented discussions.

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer.
