No promotion for good work in last 2 years. Very bad work culture. No office budget for annual party or function. Bad and old school management. They do not want to learn from their past mistakes. Keep doing the same mistake again and again. No recognition in team.

Management's only focus is on cost cuttings so there have been layoffs 6 months ago and there is no job security Many Managers in hyderabad and banglore lack basic english communication skills.. 4 Days WFO which makes no sense at all since your manager and team members will be working from some different locations altogether Micro Management by top level managers- they will even monitor your looo breaks... Wish not to comment, as work life balance is on a toss and only extension without benefits of overtime and everyday is extension. No training no KT. Have to do our own R&D and work. Managers and higher Management do not pay any attention to employees requests or and cannot take leave without giving genuine reasons. Toxic culture.

You can write about dislikes till you get another job. Pathetic and horrible managers VP and SVP. FP&A leaders are biased and don't know about fp&a but still leading it. Most of them does not have FP&A background. They only talk gyan and don't follow themselves and keep giving excuses for compliance issues. Without any proper reviewthey fire people or keep on threatening for job. Every now and then things changes..everyone dislike the management and as soon as they find something, they will resign. DO NOT JOIN FP&A which is headed by bunch of egoistic people in India and yes if you are good at Supreme level of buttering you might continue for a year or two. Illiterate people are leading in India. Ask any Fp&a employees. They mold the policy statements based on the convenience and do unethical practices. Leaders dont report serious compliance issues for the favorite employees which are friends from outside or keep buttering them. Unethical, indiscipline, laid back attitude by leadership. Lots of favouritism. Managers are old school and haven’t progressed with time, scope for growth is not based on performance but depends someone’s grace. If you are ambitious, talented and hardworking find a place that nurtures your skills, put you up challenges to grow, have managers who motivates to bring out your best. Management is too worst and policies will differ from person to person. And work timings are too worst. There is no team work and zero team bonding Leadership is terrible Biased, Lack of people mangement, Leader takes revenge if any feedback is given for better and against the truth. You are good buttering, then only you will get appraise, there is no value for talent, experience and skills. If complain about your manager's inappropriate action, then you will suffer and your manager get promotion. Work from office policy is only for juniors. They keep on asking people to come to office who are already going to office. Though it depends on the team you working on for work life balance but majority of the team goes on time and not much of a issue with volume of work.

Dislikes

No proper hike no proper bonus. Hardly you will get 4 to 5 % hike yearly that too if you get a promotion or progression. If you ask any questions about this you won't get anything. Management is not proper they have no idea about how to manage. Keep changing their plans there not even a one plan which stayed for 6months so far.
