No good incriment from 2021 to till 2025. Job security, Transport allowance is very low with many terms and conditions, no monthly discussion even half yearly discussion cloed without discussion, Leaves policy, Work from home policy (Few teams doing Work from home and few teams not allowed to work from home)

1) Low employee morale and high turn over 2) Toxic leadership or management 3 ) The director is running the company as if it’s her personal grocery shop, displaying a bossy,authoritarian attitude that limits autonomy and undermines a team morale

Little learning is there because many people have left so because resource crunch, you can learn many things in order to support the team you work for.

Dislikes

No work life balance, managers will ask you work for 10-12 hours daily. No leave approvals, everyday office. Pathetic office and too far from central part of Bangalore. Dont join ever.

No promotion for good work in last 2 years. Very bad work culture. No office budget for annual party or function. Bad and old school management. They do not want to learn from their past mistakes. Keep doing the same mistake again and again. No recognition in team.

Many things but they are not stable on their policies which are keep changing in every month. Managers are not actively looking for progress of their employees and lots of favouritism is there. Very bad management and only managers are growing.

Negligible Bonus and Increments No Appreciation for performances and still expect alot from you Many Managers hired are from outside of corporates so they run their team like a Kirana stores.. Management's only focus is on cost cuttings so there have been layoffs 6 months ago and there is no job security Many Managers in hyderabad and banglore lack basic english communication skills.. 4 Days WFO which makes no sense at all since your manager and team members will be working from some different locations altogether Micro Management by top level managers- they will even monitor your looo breaks...
