Worst company I have ever come across. No parity, sub standard management, too much favouritism and biasness.

Dislikes

The HR head is the queen of attitude, doesn't know how to speak to people. Too much politics in the company. Pathetic work life balance. CTC is lowest in industry. Bonus is very bad. No proper systems and controls, working culture no where close to an MNC. Mostly it's a one man show where your voice will not be heard. Now coming to the FR head, his name itself is enough to threaten you and you can find his self written reviews on Glassdoor. This is the silliest thing ever seen....Read More
