No good incriment from 2021 to till 2025. Job security, Transport allowance is very low with many terms and conditions, no monthly discussion even half yearly discussion cloed without discussion, Leaves policy, Work from home policy (Few teams doing Work from home and few teams not allowed to work from home)

Little learning is there because many people have left so because resource crunch, you can learn many things in order to support the team you work for.

Dislikes

No work life balance, managers will ask you work for 10-12 hours daily. No leave approvals, everyday office. Pathetic office and too far from central part of Bangalore. Dont join ever.

No ethics and values. They layoffs people without any intimation. Laid off people who are performing well . Egoistic managers and management never inquires about employees concerns. To protect underperforming employee they sack performing employees also. Worst mentalities and culture is very bad especially with AVP and Vp roles in india for PE handling lux region is very bad. there is one guy called Shren k Shah who does not fit for nothing dictate terms like a dictator and expects respect from everyone with such behavior. Some teams / don't have much work and you can get work life balance.

Dislikes

Mostly teams have micro management, No job security, no increament and bonus especially if you are on target, pathetic management in some teams/ department. You have to go to office daily to your designated office no matter you are alone in office from that location (you will be alone in entire office from your department but you have to do WFO) with no reason.

Unethical business. Each level different management. No uniform rules. No growth in future. Promotions to favourites no matter how much you work hard. There is no policies in benefits of employees. Salary is not fair. They have no standard structure in their hirerchy. I got cheated by HR while joining explaining wrong hirerchy. If any questions or concerns taken to management you will get rude response which has no logic. They is no professionalism. Company culture is poor.

There is no job security and HRBP don't have any role in terms of Employees rights. They simply lay off without providing reason. What Group manager says HR will follow without questioning policies and reason and certain procedure.
