Great job satisfaction with freedom to work on various tech. The product we are building is fun and we cater to huge volume of users at scale.

Dislikes

Though compensations are as per industry standards, I think it can still improve based on the quality of work we provide.

Work Details

I own the entire product line of building and maintaining games. We have markets across globe. Building a product from start to end and owning it throughout its lifecycle is fun and challenging at the same time.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Need Your Valuable Advice.

Hello, 6 months ago, I switched from my previous job to my current one with a 40% salary hike. At that time, it seemed like a great opportunity, but now, I am seriously considering my decision. My previous job had, 1. A European MNC team with excellent support and work culture 2. Good Time for my family & personal life 3. Flexible timing & permanent work-from-home 4. 5 days working with proper work-life balance Now, in my current Indian company: 1. 12-hour workdays, with additional work on Saturdays (despite a 5-day work policy) 2. No proper training 3. Toxic work culture, where I get scolded daily due to a lack of training 4. Hardly any time for my kids and parents 5. Started my health issues My previous company is willing to take me back with a 10% hike on my last salary. Given the work-life balance, supportive environment, and long-term growth prospects I had there, I am thinking of returning. *It is not going to impact on my monthly expenses.* Would you recommend going back?
