Nothing to like except timely disbursement of salaries.

Dislikes

A lot of involvement of HR and Admin people in our day to day activities. Management will not talk to directly they take information and feed back from your down line staff. No corporate culture.

The job life in Apco is very pathetic. In my total 35 years career of my profession I didn't see this type of Management.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)
