Too much politics every site has non technical manager who acts as he is the owner and very less amount of equipments to work and moreover there is no holiday not even for a single day infact if u have any leave balance still u will not a single leave

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same.
