The only thing I liked about ADDA was WFH.

Where do I start. The standup meetings, which were meant for updates and collaboration, were instead used as a platform for public humiliation. It was distressing to witness management ( VP and AVP) systematically belittle and demean sales personnel in front if their peers. There was an atmosphere of uncertainty. Overall, My time atADDA was marred by lack of respect, transparency and genuine support from the management.
