HR will play micro management. You cant expect hike on yearly basis it will at random. If you have any personal issues with project they wont bother for anything. Unsecure job mostly 6 month contract job project only be there.

No proper process, management, HR, etc. It was like working for 24/7 without break. No proper support and knowledge within team mates were very limited.
