There is very less that I like about this organization.

Our regional manager said I can be "ambushed" where our organization says no one has to fear about losing their jobs untill and unless they do anything unethical. The way our RM speaks with us is unimaginable. In this organization even though I got promoted to trainer designation from marketing executive I didn't get any salary hikebecause organization didn't have budget (as per hr). This is my 27 months running in here, but neither I have been appraised (though my work report is good and even I was awarded by the organization) nor the organization has changed my employment to permanent from contractual (though my RM said he will make me permanent from the beginning of this fy that is 2022-2023)....Read More

Worst organization to work with. If you can afford to get insulted and humiliated in the worst possible way, then you are welcome there. Whole system is biased. No one listens to employees. Hearings of complaints are just for formality. Manager shouts at you like you have no self respect. RM and AM will listen to manager not you. Work like a donkey still your work will not be recognized. Be ready to do extra work out of your jurisdiction as per directions. Office environment is like pressure cooker. Employee is blamed for everything. Worst for females as the male supervisors are evils, pass wrong comments and have bad intentions. Bad place to work....Read More

Anudip is a Section 8 non-profit organization there the fees we take is very nominal. And marginalized students can afford it. And the best part is that Anudip focuses more on providing sustainable livelihood. Also in center levels we organize events to meet the society and its people and the experience we gather is priceless!

Dislikes

Nothing as such but yes sometimes one needs to travel for conducting a seminar/demo class and in some cases marketing as well though your designation is of Faculty.
