My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Management direction - for the first time I have ever heard of a company heading into Development Freeze and train it's employees, but the training was also role specific. Being a Scrum Master I have no clue why I should take a training on automation of test cases, branching strategy etc. Corporate Politics at full display, people are egoistic and when I mean people, I mean managers. Having worked across 7 managers in my corporate journey, for the first time ever I experienced a demoralizing impact. Zero professionalism - People never ask for one on one to discuss concerns, things happen on the fly even if it is a larger forum. Ther is nothing to like about this organization. As all the other IT organization works , it's also same. Most of the managers are working from 10 plus years and they think that it's their own house . They don't even upskill themselves and not even allow their team members also. Moreover this company has no discipline at all in all the ways.
