Top management ,other than HR Head Everyone is very nice. Very good policies driven by business team. Worst HR department ever.

HR Head should has been sent on PIP. She is taking jobs of everyone but no one taking action against her. Very bad. People working under can easily go in trauma , she tortures innocent nd hardworking employees in her team.

Got to learn a lot from my mentor in the short tenure I was here. The workload was sufficient and we were treated like employees only, which was a big plus considering I'm a fresher and needed the corporate experience. There's a lot the company has to work on, but given that the company is in a sunrise sector, there are lots of opportunities for growth.

It's a small company. Everyone's keeping running here and there for no reason. Even top management is confused as what they want, except few.

Dislikes

Complete HR department is very rude. They have anti-employee policies. Work environment is not friendly for females. No trainings for staff's personal professional growth. Team Management is very poor. Overall, it's is a confused organisation.
