Worst HR. Very remote location. I went for interview for Accounts department as a Senior associate. The HR will ask you each and every thing about you on phone call. 4 rounds I have given asking same and same thing again and again. They don't have to keep anybody if you ask a good salary they will take 4 rounds or more. Worst process of interview. They will take test also and ask you to give your phone to them. Only those who don't want to select any body just making the fun and time pass those people takes so much of rounds. Salary deni hai clerk ki and he should be a CA. Irritating HR, and finance persons who are taking the interview. Pls. Don't go there wastage of time. 2 hours interview they have taken. Just doing time pass with the persons....Read More

I worked as an xray technician in Antara for one year... I found it the worst company.. There is no safety for females... They don't know how to manage their staff.. They always pressurised in every situation.. They affect the mental peace... For front liners this is the worst company.. They don't know how to behave with someone... I suffered a lot in this company being a female I have to rights nothing... Upper level people never support front liners... They don't know how to respect females and their co workers. It's a small company. Everyone's keeping running here and there for no reason. Even top management is confused as what they want, except few.

Complete HR department is very rude. They have anti-employee policies. Work environment is not friendly for females. No trainings for staff's personal professional growth. Team Management is very poor. Overall, it's is a confused organisation.
