Good boss, Good Management and good supporting colleagues, job security is good if your skills are good, politics will be there in employees but not in bosses, work environment is good and work life balance is good

Dislikes

Appraisal not good and not bad that depends on your skill but that matters on you boss, salary is based on their experience and following up their manager and salary is high as are experienced.

I was HW Engg and untill 2017 and I was looking after lan and wireless router setup. from Jan 2018 my role was Manager-IT & Administration so i totally looked into new setup in new place by improving skills by setting new network with firewall and vpn

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1.
