The work is hybrid mode. Salary is good. Learning curve initially is good but over a period of time becomes stagnant for this position.

Work life balance not so good. Being a software/IT company, job security is not good. Micro-management is prevalent here. Expectations are not clear to the employees. Sometimes, employees are made to bootlick the customers.
