Mainly about Manager and the team, I worked in EMC2 for 9 years under 2 orgs and 7 teams which I have not faced but i haced multiple issues with Ansys. About team all are individual work style you don't get any answer if the question is out of work very horrible situation to me. Under 11 managers I have worked

Work timings aren't enforced. Although that leads to expectation from us to work across time as and when required which is almost always required.

Dislikes

Some managers,directors exhibit favoritism towards specific employees and discrimination towards others. Sincere and hardworking employees should be protected from these politics. Employee engagement survey feedbacks are used to retaliate against employees in appraisals. The time of the survey is cunningly arranged like that by themanagement. Abuse of power won't make employees believe that company culture is good. It'll just leave company with employees who are helpless....Read More

Struggled a lot in beginning because of no appropriate training and overexpecting managers. They didn't know difference between new recruit and existing employee. Work-life balance becomes our own responsibility, otherwise we are treated like machines.

Everyone here is of a friendly nature, this creates a free atmosphere while working. I guess this is true across teams at Ansys! For me, the work-life balance is exceptional!

Nothing very serious, but work becomes little monotonous after a while. Also, I have seen people complaining of less to moderate annual hikes.
