Company culture is worst only Sundays are off and only one casual leave per month . IF there is a powercut they will mark absence . Managers are rude . They have a policy that whenever you will leave the company may it be after ten years you need to return your incentives recieved in last 6 months while leaving the company . If you are not going to return they wont provide you FNF certificate and also your salary . they overload you with work . they dont inform candidates about this policy when they join the company . Anri is not at all employee friendly company they just see their benefits they can fire employee at any point of time..TL like Shikha, Barkha likes to do rest only as it is work from home and wants to promote their 1-2 chamcha and same as HR Manager like Muskan who doesn’t know how to speak to team keep on shouting and giving threats to them that they can fire any one any time. Ask them for medical leave they will abscond you . Management is unknown to anyone, Only TL and HR manager is known and they r very rude and illiterate people only know how to give threats and speaks bad words to anyone. And log in time is 9:30 but there is no log off time they will keep u sit on work as much as they can

I have started as a fresher here and it's a good experience to be a part of ANRI, have learned a lot here...yes, some improvements are required in many areas and policies but overall experience is good.
