Nothing, the opportunities are limited . And also the work culture is bad. There is too much corporate politics going on.

There are too many factors actually.corporate politics is a part of this consultancy and also the career growth is based on how much you can flatter your superior. There is no job security as they can terminate anyone anytime without prior notice .

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
