Exposure is great, you will get to learn so much every day. Some seniors are doing their work very passionately, working under them is a great opportunity. Salary gets credited nearly on time.

Dislikes

Work-life balance is terrible, Saturday is officially working but there is work on Sundays as well. Before and post-work hours there are calls and messages that employees need to attend to, and there is no lunch break.
