I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?

Dislikes

ANDHRAPRADESH government converted this 72 years old aided college into unaided (private) college by handing over all the aided teaching and nonteaching staff into Government stream. Only Undergraduate course students and I.P.E. Students are receiving education fee reimbursement from government.
