Don't Join unless you want to spoil your career. For Me, it was the worst start of anything I had in life. These Guys are running the company on a proprietary model under the name of corporate structure. Here 70% of senior management in operations and business is either 12th pass or just a graduate who has no sense of what they are doing. They just put all their effort into pleasing the so-called CXOs of the company. they have a poor salary structure and their leave policy is the worst in the whole industry. They will remove the people if they found them capable of doing the job better than them. They have very poor policies and can be modified overnight for the people of their concern (Who surprisingly belongs to a particular region/ state). Most people from ZM, SH, or Rm level are just a burden on the company. They just want to scold once in a week to whoever is doing their work properly.
