I recently interviewed with Ankercloud for Senior and successfully cleared three rounds. Prior to the interviews, I was assured that the offered salary would be in line with market standards. However, despite following up multiple times, I received no clear communication for two weeks. When they finally responded, I was informed that due to budget constraints, they couldn't offer me more than a certain percentage increase, which was far below what was discussed. My experience with this process was extremely disappointing. It's frustrating that HR professionals in the Mumbai-Pune region often fail to communicate critical details upfront, leading to false expectations and wasted time.
