Learning AWS has been a steep but a really fulfilling experience. Along with the certifications that I have been working on and attending client front events as well as hackathons have lead to a better learning curve. The AWS hackathon was a good dive into customer ready solutions where I worked with Bedrock and other adjacent technologies leading to us winning the 2nd place at the hackathon.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. I recently interviewed with Ankercloud for Senior and successfully cleared three rounds. Prior to the interviews, I was assured that the offered salary would be in line with market standards. However, despite following up multiple times, I received no clear communication for two weeks. When they finally responded, I was informed that due to budget constraints, they couldn't offer me more than a certain percentage increase, which was far below what was discussed. My experience with this process was extremely disappointing. It's frustrating that HR professionals in the Mumbai-Pune region often fail to communicate critical details upfront, leading to false expectations and wasted time.
