Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. No processes, No SOPs, worst place for tele callers to work, no job security, inefficient HR department, company who is always hiring is always firing, No warehousing as they buy it from some shop and then deliver it to the customers, salaries hold, company itself doesn't know what they want to do.
